I have been using this cleaner regularly since I got it and it does a good job, with little issues. It does a good job to keep the pool clean. It handles the normal amount of debris in the pool with no problem. I read some bad reviews about it and I think they are expecting to much from it. The 9300 cleaner will take care of normal maintenance type cleaning but will not take a trashed pool to clean without help. After a large storm, I had to help it out by scooping the large areas of leaves out before running it. Also had to empty the filter basket mid cycle so it would keep cleaning. I talked with Polaris about the warranty before ordering it, I got a friendly US based rep, who was very knowledgeable about their guarantee, which is for 2 years, better than most, and he told me they usually send a technician out to look at it in the event of a problem. He also told me it could be taken to any Polaris dealer (almost every pool store is) and they could work on it or send it back for warranty. I am still using it on a regular basis and could not be happier.Rating
