How do I track my order?
How quick do you ship?
During our normal business hours we usually ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Inventory is updated from our warehouses to our website nightly. Some items may have to be shipped directly from the Manufacturer, which can take 3-5 days. We will contact you if your order will be delayed. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to Texas. If you are shipping to an address outside of Texas then there will be no tax applied to the order. During checkout Tax will be applied when Texas is selected as a state.

Do you have a catalog?
No. Currently, we only have an 'online' catalog. We are adding new pool, spa and patio products everyday. With all the products we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! Its better to just save the paper. If there is a particular product you are interested in, or part you need, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.

How will my order ship?
We ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email, included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most shipping companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
What states does the flat rate shipping method cover?
All 48 states in the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska are not included.
