  • How do I track my order?

    If you created an account during checkout, you can login to check the status of your order in you account. If you did not create a customer account you can visit our order tracking page. You will need your order number (Starts with 19) and the e-mail address you used during checkout.

  • How quick do you ship?

    During our normal business hours we usually ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Inventory is updated from our warehouses to our website nightly. Some items may have to be shipped directly from the Manufacturer, which can take 3-5 days. We will contact you if your order will be delayed. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • How can i track my order?

    Tracking your PoolZoom order is easy! You will receive an order number in your confirmation email, it will start with 19. Use this number along with your email address on our order tracking page where you can view your order status. Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, and USPS sites.

  • What is a relay?

    In this setting, a relay is a switch that is used to turn on and off equipment by the system board.

  • How will my order ship?

    We ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email, included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most shipping companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

  • What states does the flat rate shipping method cover?

    All 48 states in the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska are not included.
