  • Tracking says "Delivered" but item not received

Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date listed on the carriers tracking page. Occasionally, a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. It may take an additional day or two for your package to be delivered.

If the package doesn't arrive within a day of the estimated delivery date:

    - Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
    - Look around your delivery area. Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations. Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
    - Check your mailbox. Some smaller items are placed there.
    - Look for an attempted delivery notice. If the carrier feels it is unsafe to leave your package at your residence, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice.

If you have tried all the above and your package still has not turned up, please give us a call so that we can get in touch with the carrier and start an investigation. In most cases we are able to reship a new package within 48 hours.

  • will this bag help catch dirt that is on the bottom thanks

Hello, and thanks for your good question. These bags are not completely solid, but made if fine woven mesh material. They will pick up and contain some smaller debris - more so than an all purpose, or leaf bag - but will not completely hold very fine debris. It is best to have a mostly clean pool surface when running the pool cleaner. The bag should only have to capture minimal debris. If there is a large amount of dirt, sand, etc. on the pool bottom, it should be picked up with a manual vacuum. Sure hope this is helpful info for you.

  • Will this Polaris 280 work with the same booster pump that my Polaris 180 uses?

Hello! Yes, this is the direct replacement for your Polaris 180. They use the same booster pump. The other cleaner options you have are the Polaris 380 and the Polaris 3900.

  • Where does this chain guard go? I don't see it on my Polaris 3900 cleaner.

This chain guard was an enhancement on all Polaris 3900 Sports manufactured after December 2011. If your cleaner was manufactured before this, it did not come with it. The good news is that it will retrofit on all older models. To install it you will need to remove the top cover and take out a single screw on the left side of the vacuum tube/feed pipe, put the chain guard on and reinstall the screw and cover.

  • Do I need an Electrician to install this spa?

Yes, you will need to hire an electrician to install the 240-volt wire and 50 or 60 AMP neutrally protected GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) which is sold separately. Your main breaker box will also need to have a 50 or 60 AMP breaker. Your spa is hard wired through the floor or side wall of the spa cabinet, directly into the spas control pack. The GFCI is installed next to the spa on an exterior wall at least 5 feet from the spa water.

  • Does the cart in the photo come with this Primo Grill?

Hi, thanks for your question. it does not come with the cart.

  • Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. However, this may delay your items from shipping as there is a huge increase in fraud potential when the order is not shipped to a verified billing address. You can expect an extra 1-5 day delay of shipment (sometimes more) while we wait for verification that the shipping address is authorized as verified by your bank. The quickest way to get your items processed through our system is to make sure that the shipping address is the same as the billing address.
