  • How will my order ship?

    We ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email, included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most shipping companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

  • What states does the flat rate shipping method cover?

    All 48 states in the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska are not included.

  • Tracking says "Delivered" but item not received

    Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date listed on the carriers tracking page. Occasionally, a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. It may take an additional day or two for your package to be delivered.

    If the package doesn't arrive within a day of the estimated delivery date:

    - Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
    - Look around your delivery area. Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations. Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
    - Check your mailbox. Some smaller items are placed there.
    - Look for an attempted delivery notice. If the carrier feels it is unsafe to leave your package at your residence, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice.

    If you have tried all the above and your package still has not turned up, please give us a call so that we can get in touch with the carrier and start an investigation. In most cases we are able to reship a new package within 48 hours.

  • Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. PoolZoom.com makes every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it or within the time frame listed on the product page. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service.

  • What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?

    We offer multiple shipping methods for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. In addition, we ship to certain other United States Territories and Protectorates, including Marshall Islands, US Virgin Island, Micronesia, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. The shipping cost is estimated during at the time of checkout. To get a quote, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, rates will be calculated on the shipping rate page. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.
