Never worked for more than five minutes. Had a pool maintenance expert on the 380 and he could not get it to run. I will avoid this product.
This was a replacement for the Polaris 480 we had, and it works just as well. Hope it lasts a little longer than the 480 though.
This is my 3rd 380 Polaris so you have to know I love it or I would not have ordered it again. I do have a problem with the new one in that it continues to separate at the backup connection in the hose. I haven't found anyone yet that can tighten it enough to stay intact. When it is intact, it works beautifully. Any suggestions on how to keep it connected? Otherwise this cleaner would get a 5 star rating.
