The pebbled surface of the 12000 gallon, wier pool built in 2009 began to show signs of discoloration and blacking of its underwater stainless steel lighting fixtures some 2 two years ago. It is theorized when the weir's collection tub back flow valve failed and main pool water exited to the lower tub, the pool's subsequent public water fill began the discoloration process.
