I bought this product in February 2026 and within 2 months the wings were tearing, I've been reaching out with their customer report phone regularly and they don't respond either by phone or text. They don't respond to the pool stores either They have the worst customer service. Good luck finding parts! I wouldn't buy or recommend this Kokido pool cleaner to anyone and I am a pool cleaner of over 54 years. I service over 100 customers.
I used to be able to go to my supply store My wholesaler, and purchase this for about $130. now I see this one's for $300 plus and my wholesaler has them now because they have two batteries for $500. there is nothing in this that's worth $500 let alone 300 I will never purchase another one. thanks for making something great I'm doing this to it.

got one of these for my small pool route as a back-up to a Riptide. Now the Riptide stays on the van. no cords or 70 lbs of gear to deal with. Poweful vacuum does a great job on spas. Dont think about it-buy it.

This is my second unit. Unfortunately I destroyed the first one due to ignorance. Unit works very well. Great in tight places and easy transport. Battery life is acceptable with short charging intervals making the unit an all day user. Flaws. Difficult to keep the nose in contact will pool bottom when using the close mesh leaf net. I removed the float and that was some help. If the unit gets jammed with debris the leafs or debris dump from the bag. No type check to keep the bag from dumping. Very aggravating and the reason for 3 stars. I do like the unit very much. It does 10k pools with ease, easily transported, actually impressive suction, and a simple platform. I will buy another just believe the leaf bag dump is a bummer.
I’ve had this cleaner now for one week. I’ve hit probably around a dozen pools with it and it’s working pretty well so far.. Haven’t had any battery drain issues and it’s extremely easy to put together and operate. Would highly recommend.
