Yes I was trying to purchase a new replacement item for my Uncle and was giving the incorrect Information and ordered hastly, but upon receiving the ordered item and realizing the Item has the same Part # for two different Compatible Products, Being personally upset for my mistake I contacted customer service and an Excellent Employee Named Chris was very helpful and went beyond my expectations for me to help find the correct item and helped me with the return process to get the correct and accurate item needed. Hello I ordered two parts from you company. The first part is the top ring for my outdoor filter cartridge. The second part was the handle crank to tighten the ring to secure to the ring on the outside casing of the cartridge. The ring is too small. The handle will work with the threading of the old ring but the old ring isn’t tight enough to prevent the water from leaking down the sides of the cartridge, nor is the diameter of the ring adequate. I need a replacement ring that is at least 12” in diameter or more to work successfully. I will be returning my other part for a full refund.
