The CPSC48 electrode uses 10 titanium blades to produce 2.5 pounds of chlorine per day for pools up to 60,000 gallons in volume. The level of salinity can be easily maintained at the power center, making for a pleasing swimming experience as smooth, silky water provides a welcome contrast to the often overly chlorinated, irritating pool and spa water of years past. Periodic cleaning of the cell can also be performed with a simple mixture of water and muriatic acid.
