I had to inquire if this was going to fit my filter housing. Took a inside diameter measurement, asked if this had the same measurement, they say it didn't, that theirs was over a half inch bigger. I remeasured and seen where they made their mistake. Ordered the part and it fit. I almost didn't though, because someone didn't understand INSIDE DIAMETER. lol Glad I could figure out their error. Good part though.
The rep on the phone was outstanding! She emailed me a full diagram of my pool pump with each part numbered . She called me back and gave her the number and my part was delivered in 3 days. Great experience.
