PoolZoom sent my order the next day and it arrived the day after. Product was a replacement part and worked perfectly.
Awesome
great price and free shipping
I bought mine from blue wave in Memphis and loved it for the first 2 months. After that, the controller cycle select button ceased to work. Being handy, I took it apart ( 11 outer and 6 inner screws) and found that the plastic parts that connect the outer gel you touch to the inner button had all turned sideways and would not make contact. I consider this a bad design and poor engineering (I'm an ME), but overall, would recommend the bot. It does a great job of cleaning a pool.
Part showed up and does not work! When I reached out to pool zoom they requested that I try different things which I did and then said I would need to contact the manufacture to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable I bought a part that should have been fully functional and don’t see it as my job to fix the issue as it is there responsibility to deliver a functional unit.
