Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC Pool Cleaner

I was skeptical at first as I hadn’t heard of poolzoom.com and I couldn’t find a lot of reviews. But we needed a new pool cleaner so I thought I would take a chance. I was very surprised how quickly it got here! And when I reached out with questions they quickly replied! As of this moment time, I would highly recommend them!

I replaced a Hayward tiger shark with the Dolphin Nautilus. The dolphin will eventually do the job but with about three times the cleanings that the Hayward took. I also had an issue with the clip that closes the basket. Its a little flimsy and it broke after the third cleaning. I've reached out to pool zoom about this and have yet to get a follow up which I was promised they would do. This has been over a week now. Super nice folks when you get them on the phone but lacking on the follow through.

I’m not sure if the pool is so dirty or the steps and ledges are to much for it to climb, but may be returning it.

Dolphin Nautilus works great. Keeps pool floor exceptionally clean.

Definitely more powerful than Hayward or any suction based pipe vacuum. Our pool becomes worry-free about the debris after using it. One thing though is that the package delivered to me has a return label under another person's name. I guess what I got is a returned product to Poolzoom...
