Love this robot he cleans wonderful

A house we purchased had a pool cleaned with a Polaris 360. I replaced any parts that were worn or broken in the unit so that it would function like new. The pool is rectangular with a wide stair well and an underwater sitting platform along one side. No matter how I set up and adjusted the 360, it would never reach some areas while easily getting hung up and just spinning its wheels. No optimum adjustment could be achieved that would keep the 360 from getting temporarily marooned in a corner or somewhere else until the back flow unit kicked in to relocate it. Then the process would repeat itself all over again making the situation woefully inefficient at best. I had to run the pump for hours longer than necessary to filter the pool in order to have any chance of mitigating the settled debris with the 360. Add to this the fact that fifty and sixty degree pool water makes enough difference in the feed hose flexibility from mid summer to require even more adjusting since I like to open the pool as soon as the freezing temperatures are behind us. My days of dealing with coils of looped hose, a hung up robot and woefully inadequate cleaning despite hours of pump operation is over now. I unpacked the box, attached the chord to the power unit, eased the Nautilus into the pool, pressed the power button, selected my mode of choice and away it went. Wow! The pool bottom and sides are cleaner than they've ever been without at least an hour's worth of human manual intervention. The Nautilus motors along everywhere, even places I'd never guess it could reach and since it hasn't gotten itself trapped in any place yet, that's not going to happen. In military parlance it's "fire and forget". My pool began to be thoroughly cleaned within minutes of unpacking this product from the box. I don't know how this device will hold up over time with ordinary wear and tear, but I can say without any hesitation I wish I had purchased this product from the get-go and saved myself hours and hours of frustration, watching various YouTube videos on proper set up of the prior device and all the fiddling and loss of some extra bucks that comes with trying to salvage and use inadequate and outdated pool cleaning technology.
