We needed new tracks for our robotic cleaner. I couldn't quite find the one I needed and the customer service guy at PoolZoom was very helpful in helping me find the right ones. I purchased and received the tracks 2 days later so we didn't have a dirty pool over the weekend. Really pleasant experience I will shop with them again. P.S. Their price was half of the one I found on Amazon.
Our Dolphin throws it's tracks often due to the lip on our pool. After a while the tracks stretch out from having to put them back on. This is our 2nd set of these. Great replacement part that does it's job.
My pool vac is zipping around flawlessly. Everything is working great. We appreciate your company and your customer care.
