We have had these steps for our pool for 3 years and absolutely love them. We have them screwed into 4x4 blocks that are attached to our deck. We take them out in the fall and put them back in the spring. We have had no issues. We filled with sand for the weight and they stay out. Anyone with bad reviews is user error and didn't follow instructions.
I have only had the steps a week and at this point I am disappointed. The weight is not staying attached to the steps. I am trying to problem solve the issue.
