The parts were delivered as promised, but a standard ladder requires 2 or 3 kits. This was not apparent in the product description. A copy of the instructions linked to the item would help.

It is functional, but I only bought 1 set, and my polaris vac just runs up the guard and gets stuck above the guard and lodges between the ladder or under the bottom step. Just ordered another 2 sets, hopefully the vac will not get stuck between the ladder and the pool wall and stay in the pool!!! I hope the vac doesn't do it's impression of Evil Knievel and use the ladder guards to jump out of the pool and run around the pool deck?

These work but need to buy another pair to cover the entire ladder. Great idea.

The ladder guards work, but you need three sets to keep the vacuum from getting stuck behind your ladder!
