The Jandy manifold assembly is not a well-made product. I have had to replace this part nearly every year. The plastic is very thin and cracks at the same point each time. I can only assume that they are aware of this but probably also recognize its revenue stream as well.
Due to a local pool service company installing it incorrectly, we needed to purchase a new one.The part was shipped swiftly, but was received broken during shipment. Once PoolZoom was notified of the problem, they immediately shipped out another part at no cost to me. The company has a great customer service department - A+. Also, the part works great if install properly.
