I ordered the generator and if you have a pool you know they are expensive. It was damaged in transit, not a fault of Pool Zoom BUT I sent in pictures and they sent me a new one immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
I received the Nature2 Fusion Soft Cell 1400 within a few days of ordering. It took me a few minutes to replace. The unit is working great and took care of my problem. Poolzoom also had the best price!
I spent $700 for this electric cell and it just was wrapped with bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box. The O ring looked nothing like the previous O ring which had both a male and female edge. PLUS....each of the lube packages were dried up. I had to use my own. I was not happy with this purchase, but I tried it anyway not wanting the headache of returning it. I guess I was lucky that it has not started to leak yet.
Great product, great price. Product arrived in great shape. I was able to install it myself with no problem. I live in a climate where it is too cold to generate chlorine in the winter months, so I've decided to keep the failed item. My plan is to re-install the old item on November 1st each year, and re-install the good item each March 1st. I hope to extend the life by a few years this way. Wish me luck! (My old cell lasted four seasons).

The Zodiac cell arrived as expected . I installed and within 24 hours I was 100% where I need to be with my chlorine.
Great product, I replaced my old cell, it lasted over 6 years, I guess proper maintnance made it last this long, Keeps Chlorine levels very well as long as you adjust it with temperatures variations (summer/winter). Very happy with the performance of this product. Very easy to diagnose what is the problem when you have a service code, I am just a DYI and is very easy to work with. PoolZoom have the best prices Recommended item.
