This product is fine as a replacement for the leaking original part. The problem with it is that it's fundamentally a bad design and only lasts 2 years with 1 and 1/2 hours use a day. Unfortunately, the way you find out it is leaking is that you hear a loud noise coming from the rusted front motor bearing. The motor bearings are less expensive than the seal, but more difficult to replace.
