Pentair 100 sqft Quad and Clean and Clear Almond Bottom Tank Replacement

The replacement filter part worked perfectly. My filter base had a 2” crack after 10 years in service. 5 stars for the replacement. Be aware that I had 2 technical issues, sharing those here so you are prepared: #1-Due to manufacturing design changes the ‘manifold assembly bottom’ (part 170059) has a different design than my filter that I had purchased 10 years ago. I simply reused the old manifold assembly bottom from my old filter. It is a loose part, therefore changing it is not a concern. #2-Make sure that you order a new O-Ring (part 39010200) that goes between the 2 halfs of the filter. My old one had swelled due to age and I barely was able to put the filter together. Simply order a new O-Ring and you won’t have that problem. Quick service and very easy install/replacement.
