Filter arrived on time or better, was complete in every way and undamaged!! The other item was shipped from different location so it arrived separately and was days later but was complete and in perfect condition. So you delivered on everything!! Thanks David Gebauer
The filter arrived on time and complete.
Connected easily in 15 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but the first shipment was the wrong filter and broken during shipping by Fed-X. It was not packed well from Pentair. Correct filter unit was sent Fed-X 2-day air, but bad weather in the northeast delayed shipment to 6 days. Filter was crushed, so new filter had to be sent again. Poolzoom was quick to resolve the problem. Overall I'm so happy was the end result. It works well.
