Good 4 nothing repairmen try telling you the motor is bad needs $600 to replace it BS. If you look inside the motor housing and it's wet inside then u probably need new everything if it's bad inside, but if it's dry then it's just a problem in the cable not getting a good connection somewhere, just trace it and clean it up and reconnect it and it will probably save you $600 or more if you investigate a little
We had a dolphin prior to this one that lasted 8 years, no issues. We bought this one and it last not even two seasons. We took it in and it needs a new motor that costs $600. Going back to the dolphin.
The cleaner is great and just what I wanted. Thanks also to Karen and Chris of the PoolZoom staff their Customer Service was excellent.
