When hook up to the pool the pump goes dryi I had my pool man look at it and he says my pump is not strong enough to run it on top of this it does not have enough room in the skimmer opening and just barely fits in. How can I return this item for a refund?

Item was as expected and was very surprised that it was shipped overnight even though there was no charge for shipping.
