I ordered the wrong part and sent an email right away but it was the weekend. First thing Monday morning I had an email from their team saying they tried to catch it but it already went out. The even enclosed return info for me and apologized. I got my order super fast even though I ordered the wrong thing and am now doing the return process. Their team is communicating the entire way and very friendly. Will definitely order from them again .
The part came quick and had everything I needed for install. Super easy to replace the board and it works perfectly.
Poolzoom had the lowest price I could find. Item arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Installed the part and heat pump is working fine.
