The Raypak AVIA 404B Natural Gas Pool & Spa Heater delivers 399K BTU of heating performance with 84% thermal efficiency and a durable NiTek heat exchanger. The AVIA HD platform is designed for long-term durability and efficient residential pool and spa heating.
The heater includes Wi-Fi connectivity through the Raymote app along with built-in basic automation controls for convenient system operation. Its updated slate-gray cabinet and compact design also make it easy to integrate into an equipment pad.
Installation and service are simplified with a top-access J-box with wire terminals, aligned water and gas connections, and easy access to key internal components. The heater is backed by a 3-year warranty.
