These replacement motors are only to be installed by a certified Maytronics repair station or the warranty is voided.
Sticker on the motor will say ' EXCHANGE'. This is to denote that the motor is not pre-installed in a cleaner and is a replacement. This is not a refurbished part.

I ordered a replacement motor for my Dolphin Triton. My old unit is failing but would turn on. And stop shortly. Prior to ordering the motor assy I verified the powers supply I received the motor from Poolzoom. And it will not power up. I contacted them and they told me I need to contact Maytronics and get a name of who at maytronics said it is bad. Pool zoom has zero customer support with the product. Maytronics is is not any better they want me to send the unit to them. I have ask for a refund and I am still waiting on a reply from Pool zoom

I ordered a maytronics pump replacement on July 15 given a eta of 7/21/22. Tracking number not found. Cancelled the order after many attempt to get the item. I still have been charged ( will dispute charge) Don’t do business with this company
