I received the item in one week! The buoy floating umbrella is everything I was looking for to provide shade in the pool. I'm considering buy a second buoy umbrella to increase the shade coverage in the pool.
I just received this. The set up is easy. It's very sturdy and quality. The umbrella height can be adjusted. I look forward to seeing how it does on a more windy day, but was really stable floating in the pool with no breeze.
It is a good Item enjoying at the pool , the only critic will be there is 5 cup holes so we can not balance properly maybe an even holes will work better?
We love this Pool Buoy umbrella system! We have the first gen system with the white/blue braided nylon rope that has an anchor attached, but the rope is frayed (after 10+ years of use), and we can't find a replacement rope with the weight. It's awesome that the new system doesn't need the additional weight and is still functional. We just ordered a replacement umbrella from Pool Zoom and can't wait for it to arrive; the genuine umbrellas are rust proof, which is appealing. When I need a new system, I will have no hesitation to buy another floating Pool Buoy umbrella system.
I have had a pool for 13 years. I would sit at the table, under the umbrella, out of the sun, while the rest of my family was in the pool. I would use the pool later in the day to avoid the damage sun does to skin. My husband bought me the pool buoy umbrella and yesterday was the first time I hung out in the pool during the day. I was in the pool for literally hours. I keep telling my husband how much I love the pool buoy umbrella. It was a breezy day and I did not have any problem with the umbrella tipping over or being annoying like often happens at the beach with beach umbrellas. There was plenty of room to use the bottom piece for a leg rest. LOVE IT!
This is a cool way to provide pool shade for our guests and also provides a place to put drinks etc somewhere besides on the pool edges. . We love it! And shout out to Kayla in customer service! Our float table arrived damaged and PoolZoom responded quickly and sent a replacement right away.
