I found the parts of the broken weir- – – the flapper that is at the entrance to the pool skimmer – – – floating in the skimmer and had no idea what it was. A pool store employee told me it was the weir, but didn’t have the part in stock. So I found PoolZoom and worked with a chat rep to find the part that was exactly right to replace it. Who knew there are so many sizes and styles of weirs?! . The part arrived, it was just what I needed, and through the miracles of YouTube I was able to install it myself.
