Confer Complete Pool Entry System

I definitely would recommend this to anyone who is overweight , elderly, or has any mobility disability as does my special needs adult son who weighs 200 lbs and has poor depth perception as well as difficulty ambulatory. It was not difficult to put together as my nephew and his friend put it together and installed it with minimal difficulties. It took them 2 hours to do so. It came a week later than expected, but the people at Poolzoom.com were very helpful, pleasant and efficient. They had said the entry system gate was on back order and would be delivered 2 was later than the steps. However, the who thing came complete to my surprise. The delivery freight company WARD was also very helpful and efficient helping us bring the boxes and bulky items to the backyard. The driver wS very accommodating and pleasant too. Thank you Poolzoom.com for getting this for me from Confer directly. I could not locate it anywhere and could not get my son into the pool with the loaner ladder from the p oolong company who gave us a loaner to use in the interim. The reps are fantastic in getting back to you when you call. Well done Poolzoom.com!
