The Polaris Unibridge is designed to fit over most raised anti-vortex main drain covers, making a smooth transition for automatic pool cleaners to travel over. If your cleaner high-centers and gets stuck on the main drain cover, this cover may prevent the pool cleaner from getting stuck. This product is not intended to replace an existing main drain cover, it must be used to go over an approved anti-vortex main drain cover.

Fits over most raised drain covers up to 8 inches in diameter.
Polaris UniCover is not permanently installed and is not intended to be a suction outlet cover or to take the place of a properly and permanently installed suction outlet cover.

The center part of the Unibridge cover is weighted, hard plastic. Three rubber leaf pieces attach to the center to provide the transition to the pool floor.

My dolphin would get stuck constantly over the main drain, I’d have to watch it and pull the cord just to get it to clean the rest of the pool, I just installed this pool cover, and my pool vacuum is now not getting stuck, this will save me time and frustration. Worth every penny.

Well beggars can’t be choosers it works as advertised and after spending $1500 on a pool sweeper that spent 60% of the cycle on the drain I needed something. I tried the other product that just snapped on my grate and it did not work. I would love to cut the center out so it could sit a little flatter on my great but at almost $200 for two I’m afraid to chance them working. My only complaint is they seem a bit pricey so let’s see how long they last.
Easy to assemble. Also easy to install if you have a helper.
I tried this product and it did not work for me, the robot knocked it off my drain and got stuck on this item
Now I will not need new sweep wheels annually
