• Does this unit have the ability to program it to run twice a week for example? Does it need to be removed and drained between cycles as one of the reviews stated it did and that wouldn't work if we were away. Lastly how quickly it would be delivered once

  Yes, this unit has the basic timer. The basic timer allows you to set it to come on at 3 different intervals. Once every 24 hours, once every 48 hours, and once every 72 hours. It does not need to be removed between cycles unless the filters are dirty, in which case it would need to be removed to clean the filters between cycles. This would be if the filters were dirty enough to block the flow of water through the cleaner, it will turn its self off to prevent damage. They ship in 24-48 hours with UPS and are normally delivered in 2-5 business days.

  The Dolphin Nautilus Plus Pool Cleaner will scrub, vacuum and filters all pool surfaces in just 2-1/2 hours.

• When I received my new Dolphin Nautilus Plus cleaner the white circle wheels under the cleaner are flattened and the rubber scrub brush on bottom looks flat/mangled. Is this normal? Should I use it?

  The four white rings on the bottom of the cleaner are sponges, much like the sponges you use at the kitchen sink. They are installed at the factory wet so when it goes into the shipping box they end up drying flat on the bottom. After about 10 minutes (usually less) in the water they will return to a sponge like softness and return to their original round shape. Every single Dolphin pool cleaner with the white climbing rings comes out of the box looking like this. We are an authorized Maytronics Dealer as well as a warranty station, so of course if you have an issues with the cleaner what so ever we will be able to help get it fixed or replaced under warranty.

• There are SO many dolphin models. Which is the BEST model!?? And where may I purchase it?

  Thanks for your question. There are a ton of models, it took us awhile to get them all straight. We stock a great range of them. But the best model for you really depends on the features your looking for, the type of debris you have, and the type and size of pool you want to clean. Are you interested in a remote control? How big is your pool? What is the surface made of? What type of debris do you typically have in the pool?
